As a fully qualified Neuromuscular and Physical therapist, I am professionally competent to offer assistance in the elimination and prevention of injury or dysfunction in the muscles of the body.

I received my initial qualification in Massage Therapy after graduating from the National Training Centre ( See www.ntc.ie for further information ) in January 2010. I have now finished my studies with the NTC and have achieved the National Qualification in Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy at the end of the year.

This course was an advanced Complementary Medical Educational ( CME ) programme involving Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Manipulation techniques including:

• Neuro Physiology 
• Formation and Treatment of Myofascial Trigger Points 
• Myofascial Release
• Muscle Energy Techniques

I am now a member of the Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists and I am committed to bringing a distinguished professional standard to every treatment.
